What’s going wrong?

  • “The contact form says “sent,” but nothing arrives in our inbox.”
  • “Chrome shows a “Not secure” warning next to our address.”
  • “The site looks fine on my computer but it’s a mess on my phone.”
  • “After an update, half the pages show a blank white screen.”
  • “Our website vanished, and I think the domain expired.”
  • “Messages from our website form keep landing in spam.”

What we do

Repair starts with finding the real cause, not just patching the symptom. You get a plain explanation and a price before we change anything.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the problem

    A few minutes

Tell us what’s broken, when it started and what changed recently, if you know. A screenshot helps a lot.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis

    1–2 business days

With access to your site, we find the cause and send a written quote. The diagnosis itself has a fixed price.

  3. 3

    Repair

A few hours to 3 days

Once you approve, we fix the problem and test it. Most repairs take hours, not weeks.

  4. 4

    Check and hand back

    1 day

We confirm everything works and send a short summary of what we did and how to avoid it next time.

Common fixes

These are some of the most common ways a business website breaks. If your problem isn’t here, describe it anyway.

  • Forms that don’t send

The form looks fine, but messages never arrive. Usually the site’s mail setup is missing or blocked. We fix how the site sends mail and test it end to end.

  • Broken mobile layout

Text runs off the screen, buttons overlap or the menu won’t open. We fix the layout at every phone size, not just one.

  • Plugin conflicts

Two plugins, or a plugin and an update, stop getting along and break pages. We find the one at fault and replace it or roll it back.

  • SSL and “Not secure” warnings

SSL is the security certificate behind the padlock in the address bar. When it expires or is set up wrong, browsers warn visitors away. We fix it and set it to renew on its own.

  • Domain and DNS problems

The site or email disappeared after a renewal, a hosting move or a settings change. We find the wrong record and point things back where they belong.

  • Form emails in spam

Email providers can’t confirm your website is allowed to send on your behalf. We add the sender records, called SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so messages reach the inbox.

  • White screen or error page

Often a failed update or a hosting change. We bring the site back by fixing the cause directly or restoring a clean backup.

What it costs

Starting at $150

Diagnosis

The starting price covers a diagnosis: we find the cause and send a written quote for the fix. Many small repairs are quick, and the quote tells you exactly what the fix costs before any work starts.

What changes the price

  • How deep the problem goes
  • The platform and how old the site is
  • Whether a clean backup exists
  • Missing logins that need recovering
  • Several problems tangled together

Questions we hear

Why did my website stop working?

The usual causes are a failed update, a plugin conflict, an expired domain or security certificate, or a change at the hosting company. Sometimes it’s a hack. The diagnosis tells you which one, so you aren’t paying someone to guess.

Why isn’t my contact form sending emails?

Most often the website tries to send mail without the right permissions, so email providers block it or file it as spam. Fixing how the site sends mail and adding sender records usually solves it. We test with real messages before calling it done.

Why does my site say “Not secure”?

Browsers show that warning when the SSL certificate is missing, has expired or doesn’t cover every page. It’s usually a quick fix, and we set the certificate to renew automatically so the warning doesn’t come back.

Can you fix a website someone else built?

Yes. We need access to the hosting, the website admin and, for domain problems, the domain registrar. If you don’t have the logins, we help you get them back, since they should be in your name.

How long does a website repair take?

The diagnosis usually takes one to two business days. Many fixes are done within hours after you approve the quote, and bigger ones take a few days. Domain setting changes can take up to a day or two to show everywhere.

Is it cheaper to fix my website or start over?

Fixing is usually cheaper. But if a site breaks every month, runs on outdated software or can’t be updated safely, rebuilding may cost less over a year. We’ll tell you honestly which way the numbers point.

Do I need a maintenance plan after the repair?

You don’t have to have one. If the problem came from missed updates or nobody watching the site, a care plan helps stop it from coming back. We’ll only recommend one if it fits.
