AI for your business doesn’t have to be a big project. We start with one job, like answering questions or booking appointments, or replying to new leads before they go cold. Then we stay to look after it.
What’s included
One workflow set up and tested, then explained to you
“The phone rings while I’m with a customer, and by the time I call back they’ve booked someone else.”
“I answer the same five questions by text every single night.”
“Leads from the website sit in my inbox until the weekend.”
“Half my week goes to reminders, invoices and copying things from one app into another.”
“Everyone says I should use AI, but I don’t know where to start or what it costs.”
“I tried a chat widget once. It gave strange answers, so I turned it off.”
What we set up
Each of these is its own small job. Most owners start with one, see how it goes, and add the next only when the first one is earning its keep.
A website chatbot
An assistant on your site that answers from your own information. It can also collect contact details and book calls. When it doesn’t know, it says so. Then it passes the chat to a person.
Online booking
Customers pick a time from your real calendar, on your site, in a chat or by text. Reminders go out on their own, and moving a visit takes a tap instead of a phone call.
Instant lead follow-up
When someone fills out your form, they get a friendly text or email within a minute, a couple of short questions and a clear next step. You get a note with their answers.
An AI receptionist
A voice assistant that answers your business line when you can’t. It books appointments and takes messages, and urgent calls go straight through to you.
Everyday automation
The copy-and-paste work between your apps, done for you: new leads into your customer list, invoice reminders, review requests and your weekly numbers in one email.
Care after launch
We read the conversations and fix wrong answers. When your hours or prices change, we update them. We also check that every connection still works. Each month you get a short note on what changed.
How it works
1
A short call about your week
30–45 minutes
We ask where time and customers slip away: missed calls, slow replies, the same questions over and over, paperwork. Then we pick the one job worth fixing first.
2
A written plan with the price
2–3 days
You see what the assistant will do, what it won’t do, which tools it uses and what each part costs. All of it before any work begins.
3
Setup and testing
1–3 weeks
We gather your information, connect your calendar or inbox, and test with real questions, including the awkward ones. You try it yourself before any customer sees it.
4
Launch and the first month
4 weeks
It goes live and we watch it closely. We read what customers ask and adjust the answers. You see what it handled.
5
The next job, if it makes sense
When you’re ready
Once the first workflow is pulling its weight, we look at what’s next on your list. There’s no pressure to add anything.
Start with one workflow
A workflow is one job from start to finish, like “someone fills out the form, gets a text back and lands in your customer list.” Starting with one keeps the cost low and the results easy to see.
Where AI actually helps
Mostly in four places: answering common questions, booking appointments, replying to new leads fast and moving routine paperwork along. Anything that needs your judgment stays with you.
Pick the job that costs you most
Missed calls after 6 p.m.? Leads waiting until Monday? An hour a day of reminder calls? We start where the loss is easiest to see, so you can tell whether the fix works.
See it work, then decide
After a month you’ll see how many questions it answered, how many leads got a reply and how many visits it booked. Then you decide what comes next, if anything.
Your data, your accounts
Accounts are opened in your name, and you can read every conversation. We tell you in plain words which AI service runs your assistant and what it keeps. We set it up so it never asks for card numbers or medical details.
What it costs, in three parts
A one-time setup to build and test it. A monthly fee for us to keep it running and make it better. And usage, which is what the AI, texting or phone services charge for conversations, messages or call minutes, so it grows with how busy you are.
Need bigger custom AI, like AI built into your own software or a full call center? That’s the work of DPI Enterprise, the larger-project side of DPI.
What it costs
Starting at$750 per workflow
The starting price covers one workflow: planning, setup, connecting your tools, testing and a walkthrough with you. Each service in this group shows its own starting price. Monthly care and usage costs are listed in your written quote before you agree to anything.
The most useful jobs are the repetitive ones: answering common questions, booking appointments, replying to new leads and sending reminders. AI is good at being quick and consistent at any hour. It doesn’t replace your judgment, your skill or the way you treat your regulars.
How much does AI cost for a business like mine?
There are three parts: a one-time setup, a monthly fee for care, and usage charged by the AI, texting or phone service. The starting price for one workflow is shown on this page. You get a written quote with all three parts before any work starts.
Will AI replace my front desk?
We don’t set it up that way. It covers the overflow: questions after hours, the phone that rings while everyone is busy, the lead that comes in at midnight. Your team gets fewer interruptions and better notes.
What if the AI gives a customer a wrong answer?
We keep it to the information you approve and test it with real questions before launch. If a question goes past what it knows, it tells the customer and brings in a person. In the first month we read the conversations and fix anything that’s off.
Do I need to be good with technology?
No. We set everything up, explain it in plain English and show you the two or three things you’ll actually use, like reading conversations or changing your hours. For anything else, you can just ask us.
Who owns the accounts and the data?
You do. The AI, texting and automation accounts are set up in your name, and we work with the access you give us. If you ever move on, everything stays with you.
Do you build custom AI software?
Not at the studio. Custom AI inside your own systems, voice call centers and large company projects are handled by DPI Enterprise, the larger-project side of DPI.
