Facebook and Instagram ads for local businesses

Most people don’t search for a new café or a pilates class. They scroll past it. We put your business in front of people nearby on Facebook and Instagram, and track who actually calls, books or buys.

Campaign setup, ads, lead forms, tracking and a monthly report

Sound familiar?

  • “We boosted a few posts and got likes from people in other states.”
  • “Our Instagram looks great, but it doesn’t bring new people through the door.”
  • “We’re opening a second location, and nobody nearby knows yet.”
  • “A freelancer ran our ads from their own account, then disappeared.”
  • “We can’t tell whether new customers came from Facebook or from Google.”

What we do

Meta runs Facebook and Instagram from one ad system, so a single campaign can reach people on both. We set it up around one clear goal and watch it every week.

How it works

  1. 1

    Goal and audience

    2–3 days

We talk about your best customers: who they are, where they live. Then we agree on what you want them to do and look at any past ads.

  2. 2

    Account and tracking

    2–4 days

We set up or tidy your business portfolio and ad account, all in your name. Then we add the Meta Pixel and make sure lead forms reach you.

  3. 3

    Ads and launch

    3–5 days

We write and design the first set of ads from your photos and videos. Once you approve them, we launch.

  4. 4

    Learn and improve

    Ongoing

The first weeks show which ads and audiences work. We keep those and cut the rest. You get a report every month.

When Facebook and Instagram ads make sense

They’re good at making nearby people notice you. They’re weaker when someone needs help right now; that’s what Google is for.

  • A good fit

Openings and events, seasonal menus, classes, new services, offers. Restaurants and salons often do well, and so do fitness studios and shops, because a good photo sells them.

  • A weaker fit

Emergencies. Nobody with a burst pipe scrolls Instagram for a plumber. For urgent services, we’d usually put your money into Google first.

  • Housing, jobs and money have special rules

Meta puts ads about housing, employment and financial products in special categories that limit some targeting, such as age, gender and ZIP code. Real estate agents and anyone hiring need to plan around this.

  • Every ad is public

Anyone can see the ads a business is running in Meta’s Ad Library, including your competitors. We write ads you’d be happy for anyone to see.

  • Phones limit tracking

Privacy settings on phones mean Meta can’t see every sale it helped with. We count calls and forms on your side too, along with bookings, so you’re not relying on Meta’s numbers alone.

Your ad account sits in your own Meta business portfolio, and Meta bills your card directly. We work through partner access you grant, and you can remove it any time.

What it costs

Starting at $600/mo

Ad spend is separate and paid to Meta

Our monthly fee covers planning and setting up your campaigns. Writing and designing the ads is included too. We handle the audience and area settings and the tracking, and you get a monthly report. Ad spend is separate. You set it, and Meta bills it to your card.

Who this is for

Questions we hear

Are Facebook ads worth it for a local business?

They can be, if your business looks good in a photo and people don’t need you urgently. A café, a gym or a boutique can fill seats and classes this way. For an emergency service, Google usually brings better leads.

Should I start with Facebook ads or Google Ads?

If people already search for what you do, start with Google, where they’re looking for you. Facebook and Instagram are often the better first step when people need to discover you, like a new restaurant or studio.

Is boosting a post the same as running ads?

Boosting is a quick, simple way to advertise one post. A full campaign in Meta’s Ads Manager gives you more control over the goal and the audience, and over the tracking. That control is where most of the results come from.

Who makes the photos and videos?

We write the ads and lay them out using your photos and short phone videos, and we’ll tell you exactly what to shoot. If a campaign needs a professional shoot, we’ll help you plan one.

Who owns the ad account?

You do. The ad account and your Facebook page live in your own Meta business portfolio, and we get partner access. If someone else built your account in their name, we help you set up your own.

Can I advertise to one neighborhood?

Yes, by drawing a radius around your shop or listing ZIP codes. Housing, hiring and financial ads follow stricter rules, and Meta limits how narrowly those can be targeted.

How much should I spend?

Enough to test a few ads for a few weeks before you judge them. The right amount depends on your goal and how big your area is. We’ll suggest a starting budget in your plan, and you can change it any time.
