Terms of Service

Last updated October 9, 2026

These terms cover your use of dpiwebstudio.com (“the site”), which is run by Digital Properties International (“DPI,” “we,” “us”), 60 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

These terms cover the website, not our services

These terms are only about using this website. If you hire us to build a website, look after one, run ads or set up anything else, that work is covered by a separate written proposal and service agreement that we both sign. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins for the work it covers.

Information on this site

Our articles, guides, FAQs and page texts are general information to help you make decisions about your website and marketing. They are not legal, tax, financial or accounting advice. Where we talk about laws or rules, such as accessibility, text messaging or advertising rules for lawyers, please check with your own lawyer before acting.

Google, Meta and other platforms change their rules often. We work to keep our pages current, but we can’t promise that every detail is up to date on the day you read it.

Prices

Prices on this site are starting points to help you plan. They are not an offer to sell. Your actual price is set out in a written proposal once we understand your project. Money you spend on ads with Google, Meta or other platforms is paid to them and is separate from our fees.

The free website review

The free website review comes with no obligation. When you ask for one, you confirm that you’re allowed to share the website and business details you send us. The review is our honest opinion of what we can see at the time. It is not a full audit, and following it doesn’t promise any particular ranking, number of calls or sales.

The chat assistant

The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a person, and it can make mistakes. Anything it says about prices, timelines or what’s possible is not a binding offer or professional advice; only a written proposal from our team is. You can ask to talk to a person at any time. Please don’t share sensitive information in the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle chat conversations.

Using the site fairly

When you use the site, please don’t:

  • try to get into parts of the site or our systems that aren’t public, or test them for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • upload or send viruses or other harmful code;
  • overload the site or interfere with how it works for others;
  • send spam, false information or messages pretending to be someone else through our forms or chat;
  • use the forms or chat to harass anyone, including our team.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

The text, illustrations, design and logo on this site belong to DPI or the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to read, link to and share our pages, and to quote short passages with credit and a link back. Please don’t copy whole pages or our illustrations for your own website, or resell our content.

“DPI,” “DPI Web Studio” and our logo are our marks. Names like Google, Shopify, WordPress, Meta and Instagram belong to their owners. Mentioning them on this site doesn’t mean they endorse us or that we’re their official partner.

What you send us

You keep ownership of anything you send us, such as your website address, messages and files. You give us permission to use it to answer you and to provide what you asked for. Please send only material you have the right to share.

The site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, platform help pages and DPI Enterprise. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DPI and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, that come from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it, including reasonable legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
