Sound familiar?

  • “I asked ChatGPT for a dentist in my neighborhood, and it named three others.”
  • “Google’s AI summary shows our old hours.”
  • “AI tools describe us as something we stopped doing years ago.”
  • “A new customer said “ChatGPT recommended you,” and we have no idea why.”
  • “Everyone is selling “AI SEO” now, and we can’t tell what’s real.”

What we do

GEO stands for generative engine optimization. In plain words, it means giving AI assistants good reasons, and good sources, to mention your business when someone asks.

How it works

  1. 1

    The check

    1 week

We agree on the questions that matter for your business, run them across the main AI tools and note what they say about you and your competitors.

  2. 2

    Fixes at the source

    2–4 weeks

We correct wrong or missing facts on your site and Google profile, and in your listings. The ones AI tools already repeat come first.

  3. 3

    Answers and mentions

    Ongoing

We add clear answer pages and work on reviews and outside mentions, a little each month.

  4. 4

    Monthly check and report

    Monthly

Same questions, same tools, plus the traffic AI tools send you. You get a short summary of what changed.

How AI picks businesses

Nobody outside these companies knows the exact recipe, and it changes often. But the tools tend to lean on the same few things, and some results can be measured while others can’t.

  • Consistent facts across the web

When your name, address, hours and services match everywhere, AI tools are more confident repeating them. Mismatches are how old hours end up in an AI answer.

  • Clear answers on your own pages

A page that plainly says what you do, where and for whom is easier to quote than one written in slogans.

  • Reviews and independent mentions

Reviews give AI tools a second opinion about you, and so do local news stories and lists made by others. A business no one else talks about rarely gets recommended.

  • Markup, without the hype

Structured data, small labels in your page code that spell out details like your address and hours, helps search engines read your facts. But Google says no special markup is needed to appear in its AI features.

  • What we can measure

When people click through from ChatGPT, Perplexity or a similar tool, the visit shows up in your analytics. Microsoft’s Bing Webmaster Tools reports how often Copilot cites your pages. And our monthly question check shows if you’re named.

  • What we can’t measure

No tool shows how often ChatGPT mentions you to people who never click. Google counts AI Overviews and AI Mode visits inside its normal search reports, not separately. Answers also change from person to person and day to day, and with small changes in wording, so anyone selling a “ChatGPT ranking” is guessing.

GEO builds on SEO; it doesn’t replace it. Google says the same basics that help pages do well in search apply to AI Overviews and AI Mode, and many AI tools look things up on the web before they answer. That’s why our GEO work starts with your search basics.

What it costs

Starting at $900/mo

Questions we hear

What is GEO?

GEO, or generative engine optimization, is the work of helping AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews find and mention your business. Most of it is getting your facts straight and answering questions clearly. A good reputation across the web matters too.

Is GEO different from SEO?

They overlap a lot. SEO helps you show up in search results; GEO helps you get named inside AI answers, which often draw on those same results. Accurate facts and clear pages help both, and that’s most of the groundwork.

Can you get my business into ChatGPT’s answers?

No one controls what ChatGPT says, and we won’t pretend to. We can make it much easier for AI tools to find accurate, quotable facts about you and good things others say. That improves your odds; it doesn’t guarantee a mention.

How do you measure GEO results?

We use three things: a monthly check of the same customer questions across the main AI tools, visits that AI tools send to your site, and Copilot citation counts from Bing Webmaster Tools. Each has gaps, so we show them side by side and tell you what they can’t see.

How long does GEO take?

Fixing wrong facts can show up as soon as the tools look again, which can be weeks. Earning mentions and reviews takes months. We’d rather show you slow, real progress than a quick screenshot.

Should I block AI tools from reading my website?

That’s your call, but if you block them, they can’t quote you. Some AI companies let you opt out of training their models while still allowing their search tools to read your pages. We explain the options and set it up the way you choose.

Do I need special software or a new website for GEO?

No. Most of the work happens on the website you already have and on your Google profile and listings. If your site hides key facts in images or can’t be read by search tools, we’ll tell you what to fix.
