Let customers book themselves, day or night

Customers pick a time from your real calendar, on your website, in a chat or by text. Reminders go out on their own so fewer people forget, and moving a visit doesn’t take a phone call.

Sound familiar?

  • “Booking one appointment takes three calls and two voicemails.”
  • “People want to book at 11 p.m., and we’re closed.”
  • “We lose a slot every time someone forgets and doesn’t show.”
  • “Customers call to move their appointment while I’m in the middle of another one.”
  • “Our booking page is buried, and nobody can find it on a phone.”
  • “Reminders go out late, or only when someone at the desk remembers.”

What we set up

We build on the booking tool you already have, or help you pick one. The AI part is simple: it understands “Can I come in Thursday after work?” and offers real open times.

How it works

  1. 1

    Map how you book today

    1–2 days

We go over your services and how long each one takes, plus who does what and your house rules. We also check which booking tool you have and what it can connect to.

  2. 2

    Connect and set the rules

    3–7 days

We link the calendar and set up each way to book. Then we write the confirmation and reminder messages in your voice.

  3. 3

    Test with real bookings

    2–3 days

We book test appointments on phones and laptops, the way your customers would. Then we move them and cancel them. After that, you try it too.

  4. 4

    Go live and fine-tune

    2–4 weeks

Booking goes live on your site, and we add the booking link to your Google Business Profile. For the first weeks we watch bookings and no-shows and adjust the reminder timing.

Fewer no-shows, without nagging

Most no-shows aren’t rude, they’re forgetful. A few friendly messages at the right time help. So does an easy way to reschedule, which turns a missed visit into a new time on your calendar.

  • Confirm right away

The moment someone books, they get the time, the address and a link to change it. That first message sets the tone.

  • Remind at the right moment

Often a day before, and again a few hours before for morning visits. We set the timing to fit your business, not a default.

  • Make changing easy

When rescheduling takes one tap, people move their visit instead of skipping it, and the slot goes back on your calendar.

  • Texts only with a yes

Reminder texts go to customers who agreed to get texts when they booked. Every text says how to stop, and a reply of STOP ends them.

  • Deposits, if your tool offers them

Some booking tools can take a deposit or keep a card on file for no-show fees. We’ll set it up if you want it, and you decide the policy.

  • A Book button on Google

Some booking tools also connect to Reserve with Google, which can put a Book button on your Google listing. We’ll tell you honestly whether yours can.

What it costs

Starting at $1,200

Plus from $100/month

The starting price covers setup: we connect your calendar and add the booking button and chat. We also add your rules and write the confirmation and reminder messages. All of it is tested before launch. A monthly fee covers care and changes, and texting fees depend on how many reminders you send.

Questions we hear

Which booking tools do you work with?

We usually build on what you already use, for example Google Calendar, Square Appointments or Calendly. If you don’t have one yet, we’ll help you choose one that fits how you book and what you charge, and that can take deposits if you need them.

Can customers book an appointment by text?

Yes. A customer can text your business number, ask for a time in their own words and get real openings back. Before any texts go out, we register your number for business texting with the phone carriers.

Do appointment reminders really reduce no-shows?

Reminders help the people who simply forgot. We can’t promise a number, but we track your no-shows before and after, so you can see the difference for yourself.

Can it handle different service lengths and staff?

Yes. A haircut and a color can have different lengths, and so can a quick estimate and a full visit. Each service gets its own staff and its own breaks in between.

Can customers book from Google?

Often, yes. We add your booking link to your Google Business Profile, and if your booking tool works with Reserve with Google, a Book button can appear on your listing. Our Reserve with Google page explains who qualifies.

Do I need a new website for online booking?

No. We add booking to the site you have. If your site is hard to use on a phone we’ll tell you, but booking can go live either way.

What if someone books the wrong service or time?

Your rules stop most of that, like no same-day bookings if you don’t want them and no slots that are too short. You also get a note for every booking, so you can reach out if something looks off.
