Less complicated. More connected.

You don’t need to speak “website.” We start with your business and put the plan and price in writing. From there, we work it out together, one clear step at a time.

  1. 1

    First, we listen

    1–3 days

Tell us about your business, your customers and what’s getting in the way. We look at your current website and your Google listing, plus any ads you run. Then we ask plain questions, without the jargon.

    You provide
A short call, plus the address of your website or Google listing if you have one
    We deliver
A short summary of what we heard and what we’d look at first
  2. 2

    Then, a clear written plan

    2–5 days

Before any work starts, you get a written plan. It shows what we’ll make and spells out what’s included and what isn’t. The dates and the full price are in there too. Nothing begins until you say yes.

    You provide
Your questions and changes, then your OK
    We deliver
A written plan with the scope, timeline, price and payment steps
  3. 3

    We build, with your feedback

2–8 weeks, depending on the project

We work in stages, so you see the work early and often. You tell us what feels right and what doesn’t, and we adjust. If something new comes up along the way, we price it before we do it.

    You provide
Your logo and photos, plus details about your services. Then feedback at each check-in
    We deliver
Drafts you can click through on your own phone, then the finished work
  4. 4

    Launch

    1–2 days

We go live, then check everything a customer will touch on phones and computers. We click through every page and send every form. We tap the call button and open the map, too. You get a walkthrough of how to make simple changes yourself.

    You provide
A final look and your go-ahead
    We deliver
A live site with forms and calls tested, and Google’s tools connected in your name
  5. 5

    Care after launch

    Ongoing

Your business keeps changing, and your website should keep up. We’re here for updates and fixes, and for the “could we try this?” ideas. That can be on a care plan or just whenever you need us.

    You provide
A quick message when something in your business changes
    We deliver
Updates, backups, fixes and small improvements

You own everything. We just get a key.

  • Your domain is registered in your name, and you hold the login.
  • Your hosting account is in your name and billed to you, so your site never depends on us.
  • You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile. We’re added as a manager.
  • Google Analytics and Search Console, Google’s free tools for visits and search, belong to you. We get user access.
  • Your Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ad accounts are yours and paid with your card. We work inside them.
  • If we ever part ways, you remove our access and keep everything. There’s nothing to hand back.

How we stay in touch

You’ll hear from us by phone, email or video call, whichever suits your day. In your written plan, we agree how often we check in, how quickly we reply and how to reach us if your site goes down. Then we stick to it.

Good questions. Straight answers.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than you might think. Expect a first call, a read-through of the plan and quick feedback at a few check-ins. We handle the technical side and only ask for the decisions that need you.

What should I have ready before we start?

Nothing fancy. Your logo if you have one, a few good photos and a list of your services are plenty. No photos or words yet? Tell us and we’ll plan for it.

What if I don’t like the first design?

Tell us. Feedback is built into every project, and the number of revision rounds is written into your plan. We’d much rather change direction early than launch something you don’t love.

Will we sign a written agreement?

Yes. The plan spells out the work and the dates. It also lists the price and payment steps, and you sign off before we start. If anything changes, we update it in writing too.

Can we start with one small job?

Of course. Fixing a contact form that stopped sending or cleaning up your Google Business Profile are good first jobs, and the free website review is a good first step. It’s an easy way to see how we work before a bigger project.

Send us your website address. We’ll look at it the way your customers do and tell you, in plain English, what to fix first.

We’ll only use your details to reply about your website.
