Privacy Policy

Last updated October 9, 2026

This policy explains what information DPI Web Studio collects when you visit dpiwebstudio.com, fill out a form, use our chat or text with us. It also covers how we use that information, who else sees it and the choices you have. We’ve tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@dpiwebstudio.com.

Who we are

DPI Web Studio is part of Digital Properties International (“DPI,” “we,” “us”), 60 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019. DPI operates this website and is responsible for the information collected through it.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Forms. When you ask for a free website review or send us a message, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, your website address, the service you’re asking about and anything you write in the message.
  • Chat. Everything you type into the chat assistant on our site, plus any name, email or phone number you choose to share so we can follow up.
  • Calls, emails and texts. Your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us.
  • Booking a call. If you book a time with us through our scheduling tool, your name, email, the time you picked and any notes you add.

Please don’t send health information, payment card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details through our forms or chat. We don’t need them to help you.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded with Google’s standard site tag, to see how the site is used. It records things like the pages you view, how you got here (for example, from a search or a link), your device and browser type, your approximate location at the city level, and actions such as sending a form, tapping our phone number or opening the chat. Google states that GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. We look at this information in summary form to learn which pages help people and which don’t.
  • Hosting and security. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which handles technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver pages and block attacks.
  • Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It checks signals from your browser and is not used for advertising.

How we use information

We use your information to:

  • reply to you and provide the review, call or service you asked for;
  • prepare proposals and schedule calls;
  • send text messages, only if you agreed to receive them (see “Text messages” below);
  • understand how the site is used and make it better;
  • keep the site and our forms secure and stop spam and fraud;
  • meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t give it to other companies for their own marketing.

Where your information goes

When you send a form or a chat request, your details go to a few places so the right person can answer quickly:

  • Email. A copy of your message arrives in our team’s business inbox.
  • Our CRM. Your details are saved in our customer relationship management system (CRM), the tool we use to keep track of conversations and projects.
  • Telegram notifications. A short notice with the details you sent goes to a private Telegram chat our team uses, so someone sees new requests right away. Telegram stores these messages on its own servers.
  • The chat assistant’s AI provider. Messages you type into the chat are processed by the AI service that writes the assistant’s replies. We keep the conversation so a person on our team can pick it up.
  • Other service providers. Cloudflare (DNS, security and spam protection), Google (analytics), and the companies that provide our email, CRM, scheduling and text messaging. They handle information for us under their own terms and privacy policies, and where a provider offers settings that limit its use of your data, we turn them on.
  • Within DPI. If your request is for work that DPI Enterprise handles, such as custom software, we may pass it to that team.
  • When the law requires it. We may disclose information to comply with a court order or other legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of people, including our own.
  • If our business changes hands. If DPI is involved in a merger, sale or similar change, information may be transferred as part of it, and this policy will continue to apply to it.

Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use as few as we can:

  • Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID, which help it tell one visit from the next. They last up to two years.
  • Security cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary to protect the site from bots and attacks.
  • Chat. The chat may store a small identifier in your browser so your conversation continues as you move between pages.

We don’t use advertising cookies or ad pixels, such as the Meta Pixel or Google Ads remarketing tags, on this site. If we ever add them, we’ll update this policy first and give you a way to say no.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn off Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. If you block the security cookies, some forms may not work.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a setting in some browsers and extensions that tells websites you don’t want your personal information sold or shared. When your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser, and we don’t load Google Analytics for it. You don’t need to do anything else.

Older browsers also have a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common standard for it, so we rely on GPC instead.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the box agreeing to text messages, we may text you about your request: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your project.

  • Agreeing to texts is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming that you’ve opted out, and then no more.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email hello@dpiwebstudio.com.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only companies that receive it are the service providers that help us send messages and support you, and they may use it only for that.

How long we keep information

We keep messages, chat conversations and contact details as long as we need them to answer you and follow up. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we work together and afterward as long as tax, accounting or other laws require. Detailed analytics data is kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account, which Google limits to 2 or 14 months. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove what identifies you.

How we protect it

We limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you, use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the whole site, and choose providers with strong security. No system is perfectly secure, though. If a security breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.

Your choices

  • See, correct or delete your information. Email us and tell us what you’d like. We may need to confirm it’s really you before we act.
  • Stop emails. Reply to any email and ask us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link if there is one.
  • Stop texts. Reply STOP.
  • Limit analytics. Use GPC, block cookies or install Google’s opt-out add-on.
