A friendly website chat assistant that answers customers from your own information, takes their details and books a call, even after you’ve closed. When it doesn’t know, it hands the chat to a person.
What’s included
Trained on your information, with lead capture and booking
“People ask the same things every day: do you take my insurance, do you deliver, are you open Sunday.”
“Visitors come to the site at 10 p.m., can’t find their answer and leave.”
“Our contact form gets a name and “call me,” and nothing else.”
“I tried a free chat widget, and it made up an answer about our prices.”
“A lot of our customers would rather ask in Spanish, and our site only speaks English.”
“I don’t have time to sit in a chat window all day.”
What we set up
You get a chat assistant that knows your business, behaves the way you’d want a new hire to behave on day one, and gets a little better every month.
Trained on your own information
We build what it knows from your website, menu or service list, the prices you choose to share, your policies and the answers you give on the phone. Nothing from outside your business.
Clear boundaries
You decide what it may and may not talk about. It won’t quote prices you haven’t approved, promise results, or give medical or legal advice. When it doesn’t know, it says so.
A handoff to a person
A “Talk to a person” button is always there. The full conversation comes to you by email or text, so the customer never has to start over.
Lead capture without a long form
When someone is ready, it asks for a name, a phone number or email, and what they need, then sends you a tidy summary. No more “call me” with no context.
Booking calls and visits
It can offer open times from your calendar and book the call, estimate or appointment right inside the chat.
Spanish and other languages
It can answer in Spanish and other languages your customers use, and switch when they do. We test every language you want before launch.
Built to fit your site
It matches your colors, loads after the rest of the page so your site stays quick, labels itself as an AI assistant, and works with a keyboard and screen readers.
How it works
1
Gather what it should know
2–4 days
We collect your pages, FAQs, policies and the questions your team hears most. A 30-minute call with you fills the gaps.
2
Set the ground rules
1–2 days
Together we write down what it answers, what it hands off, which details it collects and where the summaries go.
3
Build and test
1–2 weeks
We set it up and test it with dozens of real questions, including tricky and off-topic ones. You try it on a private link and tell us what to change.
4
Go live and watch closely
4 weeks
It goes on your site. For the first month we read the conversations every week and fix any answer that’s off.
5
Monthly care
Ongoing
We update it when your hours, prices or services change, and send a short note on what people asked and what it handled.
See one working before you decide
On a short call we’ll show you a working assistant answering real questions — and how it hands a conversation to a person.
Ask it hard questions
Try the questions your customers ask, and the ones it should not answer. You’ll see it decline politely and point to a person.
Watch the handoff
See what happens when someone asks for a human: who gets notified, and what they see.
See the lead it captures
A name, a way to reach them and what they need — in a few friendly questions, with no long form.
Try another language
Ask in Spanish or another language and see it answer in kind.
It’s labeled “AI assistant” on purpose. We think people should always know when they’re talking to AI, and yours will be labeled the same way.
What it costs
Starting at$1,500
Plus from $150/month to run and improve
The starting price covers setup: gathering your information, writing the ground rules, building, testing and launching it on your site. There’s also a monthly fee to run it and keep improving it, shown next to the price.
There’s a one-time setup and a monthly fee to run and improve it. The starting setup price is on this page. Your quote depends mostly on how much it needs to know and whether it books appointments.
Will the chatbot make things up?
It’s set to answer only from the information you approve, and we test it hard before launch. When it isn’t sure, it says so and offers a person. No chat assistant is perfect, which is why we read the conversations and fix weak answers.
Can an AI chatbot book appointments?
Yes. It can offer open times from your calendar and book the call or visit inside the chat. Our online booking page covers the reminders and rescheduling side.
Does it work in Spanish?
Yes. It can answer in Spanish and other languages and switch when the customer does. We test each language you want with real questions before it goes live.
Can I read the conversations?
Yes, every one of them. You also get a short monthly note on the most common questions, the leads it collected and anything we changed.
Will a chatbot slow down my website?
It shouldn’t. We load it after the rest of the page, so your site shows up first and the chat button appears a moment later.
Can a dental or medical office use it?
Yes, for general questions, hours, the insurance plans you accept and booking. We set it up so it doesn’t collect medical details. Practices that need systems for patient records work with DPI Enterprise.
Do I own the chatbot?
The accounts are in your name, and your information and conversation history belong to you. If you ever move on, you keep them.
