What changes the price
- The number of pages, and whether we write the words or you send them
- Extra features, like online booking, payments, a menu you update yourself or a members area
- How many products your store carries and how you ship or deliver them
- How crowded your service is in search and ads in your part of town

- The number of tools we connect, like your calendar, email or phone system
- A firm deadline, like an opening day, that needs extra hands
How payment works
Before any work starts, you get a written plan with the full price and the payment steps. Projects usually begin with a deposit, and the rest is paid at milestones we agree on, such as design approval and launch. Monthly plans are billed each month. Ad budgets and tool fees go straight to Google, Meta or the tool company, from accounts in your name.
Pricing questions
Why do you show “starting at” prices instead of exact ones?
Two businesses can ask for “a website” and need very different things. The starting price is what the simplest version of each package costs. After a short conversation, you get one exact price in writing.
Is the ad budget included in the Google Ads price?
No. Our monthly fee pays for setting up your ads. After that, it covers watching them closely and making them better. The money for the ads themselves goes straight to Google from your own account, so you can always see exactly what you spent. We’ll help you choose a starting budget that fits your goals.
Can I start with one package and add more later?
Yes. A sensible order is often a website first, then a care plan, then local SEO or ads once the site is ready to turn visits into calls. It’s better to start with what you need now than to buy everything at once.
What if I need something that isn’t listed here?
Ask us. Plenty of jobs don’t fit a package, like moving a site to new hosting or adding a booking page. We’ll price it in writing before we start. If you need custom software or a large AI system, we’ll introduce you to DPI Enterprise, DPI’s enterprise arm.
Why is SEO a monthly cost and not a one-time job?
Google keeps changing, and your competitors don’t sit still. New reviews and questions come in every week. SEO is steady work. We improve pages and keep your business details right, then track what brings calls. Results build over months, not days.
Do AI tools cost anything after setup?
Yes. The chatbot, booking, lead follow-up and AI receptionist each have a monthly fee. It covers running them, plus reading real conversations to improve the answers. Some also have usage fees from phone and text companies, like call minutes. Your plan lists every cost before you agree.
Can the price change after we agree on it?
Not without your OK. If you ask for something new partway through, we tell you what it adds to the price and wait for your yes before we do it. No surprise invoices.
