A little studio in your corner

We build, refresh and look after websites for the businesses that make a neighborhood feel like home. Then we stay for the little things after launch.

Who we are

DPI Web Studio is the website studio of DPI, short for Digital Properties International. We design and build websites and keep them running. Then we help the right people find them when they search Google or Maps, or ask an AI assistant.

DPI also has an enterprise arm, DPI Enterprise, which builds custom software and large AI systems for bigger companies. The studio is the other side of the house. It’s for the café, the dental office, the contractor and the corner shop that need a good website and someone to call when it acts up.

We keep the whole path in one place. One team handles the website and its care after launch. The same team runs your search and ads, plus practical AI tools. That way nothing falls between three different vendors, and you always know who to call.

What we believe

  • Thoughtfully built

Every page has a job: help a customer understand what you do and reach you. We plan the site around the questions people ask before they call, and we test it on real phones before launch.

  • Lovingly maintained

A website isn’t finished on launch day. Software needs updates and your hours change. Forms break when nobody’s looking. We’re here for the launch, and for the little things after.

  • Made for your business

Your site should sound like you. It should show your real work and the people who do it. If another company could swap in its logo and use it as is, we haven’t done our job.

  • Plain English, always

You don’t need to speak “website.” We explain what we’re doing and why, in words you’d use yourself. Asking the same question twice is fine with us.

  • Yours to keep

Your domain and hosting stay in your name. So do your Google accounts and ad accounts. We work with the access you give us, and you can take it back at any time.

Where you’ll find us

Our studio is at 60 West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, a short walk from Central Park. We work with businesses across all five boroughs. Anywhere else in the US, we work together by phone and video.

The people behind the studio

Our team designs and builds websites, then looks after them. The same people handle the search and ads around them, and the AI work too. We’re a studio, not a call center: you’ll know who is working on your site, and they’ll get to know your business.

Need custom software or enterprise AI? That’s our sister company, DPI Enterprise.

About us, briefly

What does DPI stand for?

Digital Properties International. DPI Web Studio is its website studio, and DPI Enterprise is its arm for larger companies.

How is DPI Web Studio different from DPI Enterprise?

The studio builds and looks after websites for local businesses. It also runs their local search and ads, and sets up practical AI tools. DPI Enterprise builds custom software, CRMs and large AI systems for bigger companies. If your project grows past what a website studio should handle, we’ll introduce you.

Do you only work with businesses in New York?

No. New York is home, and our studio is in Manhattan. We also work with businesses anywhere else in the US. We meet by phone or video and keep in touch by email.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We built our services around owner-run businesses: restaurants and cafés, dental practices, law firms, contractors, salons and spas, real estate agents, fitness studios and shops. If your customers find you on Google and then call, book or walk in, we can probably help.

Why one studio for the website, search and ads?

Because they depend on each other. Ads send people to your site, the site turns them into calls, and search brings more of them without paying per click. When one team handles all three, nobody blames the other vendor, and you get one plain report instead of three.
