What should I include in my message?

Your website address if you have one, what kind of business you run and what’s bothering you. One or two sentences are plenty, and we’ll ask about the rest.

I’m not sure what I need. Should I still get in touch?

Yes, please. “My site feels old” or “nobody finds us on Google Maps” is a perfectly good first message. Working out the right next step is our job.

Can I call instead of filling out the form?

Of course. The number is right on this page. Some people find it easier to explain over the phone, and that’s fine with us.
