Everything in Website Care

Sound familiar?

  • “I have no idea when our website was last updated, or who would do it.”
  • “We found out the site was down because a customer told us.”
  • “I need to change our hours, and it’s been on my list for three months.”
  • “The contact form stopped sending, and we lost a week of inquiries.”
  • “Our web developer stopped answering emails.”
  • “We pay for hosting but don’t know if there’s a backup.”

What a care plan covers

Think of it as a building super for your website: someone who checks on it and fixes small things before they grow. When something breaks, they know what to do.

How it works

  1. 1

    Check-up

    1–2 days

We go through the platform and hosting, backups, security, speed, forms, logins. Anything urgent gets fixed first.

  2. 2

    Set up the basics

    2–3 days

We set up backups and uptime checks and add security tools. Last, we install every update that’s waiting.

  3. 3

    Monthly care

    Every month

Scheduled updates and checks, and the changes you send in. A short report lands at the end of each month.

Three plans, one goal: a site that keeps working

Every plan covers the basics that keep a site safe and online. The higher plans add more of our time for changes and quicker replies.

  • Essential

For sites that mainly need to stay safe and online. You get scheduled updates and off-site backups, uptime checks, security scans, a short monthly report. Content changes are quoted when you need them.

  • Care

Everything in Essential, plus a set number of hours each month for content changes and small fixes, and a faster reply when you send a request. A good fit for most business sites that change now and then.

  • Growth

Everything in Care, with more hours each month and our fastest response time. Each month we also look at your visits and forms and suggest what to improve next. Made for stores and booking sites, or any business that updates often.

The exact hours and response times for each plan are written into your agreement. On every plan, your domain and hosting stay in your name, and so do the logins.

What it costs

Starting at $99/mo

The starting price is for the Essential plan on one standard business site. Care and Growth cost more because they include our time for changes every month. Our Pricing page lists all three.

Questions we hear

What does website maintenance include?

We keep your site updated and backed up, and we keep it secure and online. We also check that forms still work and make the small changes you ask for. You get a short report each month on what was done. Bigger projects, like a new section, are quoted separately.

How much does website maintenance cost?

It depends on the platform and the size of the site. How many changes you need each month matters too. Our Pricing page shows where each of the three plans starts, and after the check-up we suggest the one that fits.

What happens if my website goes down?

Our monitoring alerts us when the site stops responding. We find the cause. It might be the hosting or the domain, or a bad update. Then we bring the site back, restoring a backup if needed.

How long is the contract?

Plans are billed monthly. The notice period for stopping is written in your agreement, and if you leave, you keep the site and the backups, along with every login.

Will you maintain a website you didn’t build?

Yes. We start with a check-up to see what’s there and fix anything urgent before the site goes on the regular schedule. WordPress and WooCommerce are fine, and so are Shopify and hand-built sites.

Do I need maintenance if my site is on Shopify or Squarespace?

You need less than on WordPress, because the platform handles its own updates and server security. You still need someone to keep content current and check apps and forms. And someone to fix things when they break. A lighter plan often fits.

Do you host the website?

We work with your current host or help you choose a good one. Either way, the hosting account is in your name, and we manage it with the access you give us.

Can I still make changes myself?

Of course, it’s your site. Just let us know when you’ve made a big change so we know what to check. We keep backups in case anything goes wrong.
